Sindy Dolls by Becky

Hello everyone, its competition time!!!!

Lets see your beautiful Sindy's dressed for a night out!

Now for the Rules!

• Voting will not be done by me, Voting will be done by Members, even if they don't take part in the competition

• Each Vote has to say why its gets their vote, so friends can't just vote for their friends i feel this will make the competition fair!
• You can enter as many times as you wish
• Competition will end midnight 13th October 2008

 Well this was easy for me my favourite is my most precious 1977 ballerina 

She was my first ever sindy given to me on my 10th birthday by my mum - she bought her as she had the same colour hair as me --

I played with her all the time so sadly her hands have suffered , one of them spent about 28 years attached to her with sellotape but now i have glued it on just to keep it safe , 

I have had her in my bedroom for the past 30 years - the rest of her clothes and my other doll were packed away in the loft until 2 years ago when i got them all out and started to collect everything i never had  as a child

she was dressed all this time in the yellow suit hand knitted for her by my mum as she could never afford to buy the clothes for me , sadly my mum passed away 6 years ago so the clothes she knitted me are even more precious now.and so i took 2 photos of her, one  in the yellow suit that she has worn for all these years and one in her original ballerina outfit. 

No matter what I would never part with her, even though i have added masses of dolls to my sindy collection she always has pride of place - she is my favourite sindy for now and always xx
